He and his team of skilled employees have done work inside and outside our home. When Mike first appeared at our door, I was a little skeptical because he looked like a college kid. I soon found out he was a skilled professional. He spent about a half hour looking at our house including getting a ladder from his truck to check out the windows on the second floor. He rang the doorbell 20 minutes later with a detailed description of what needed to be done. The proposal included some repairs on the windows. Fortunately, he has a carpenter on his staff who completed that work before the painting started. Mike is not on site every day, but stops by every to check on the work. His workers are on his staff year round instead of using day workers as many contractors do, Your invoice will be exactly as quoted and you will be a happy homeowner!”

“We had just come off a bad experience with a contractor when we first engaged Bodei Construction. Bodei did a major remodeling job for us–Kitchen and Bath. The results were excellent his workers and subs were careful and efficient. Bodie is also remarkable for his creative solutions to problems encountered on the job. One example: we were told by another contractor that for structural reasons we could not have an open floor plan between kitchen, dining room and living room. Bodei solved the problem, and now we have an attractive open floor plan and the added support is disguised as a coffered ceiling. We have hired Bodei for four or five other jobs including painting. And we plan to hire him again soon. Mike Bodei and his team will always be our first choice for remodeling and repairs. One last note: He stands by his work.”

“A neighbor introduced us to Mike Bodei after Hurricane Sandy when we needed a roof replaced due to lost shingles. Even during this crazy time, Mike was over to give us an estimate the day after I called him, he quickly and efficiently dealt with handling the insurance claim and we had a new roof on over our heads within a few short weeks. One shingle came loose after a severe wind storm months later, and Mike was over to replace it within days. He stands by his work. We’ve also had Bodei repaint the entire outside of our home and replace all the trim work. Once again, we were so pleased with the efficiency and quality of his work. His crews started and finished the projects on time, were very hard working, courteous and extremely clean! At the end of each day, they would pick up and put everything away, leaving your home neat and clean. I would highly recommend Bodei Contracting to anyone looking for work to be done on their home. It’s hard to trust anyone else when you know you are dealing with the best. Their prices are fair, their work is of the highest quality, and they keep to their schedule. Mike will not cut corners, and he is great at explaining the nuances of the job and why things should get done a certain way. He is professional and trustworthy and he holds himself to a very high standard. He keeps himself involved with every job, constantly stopping by to check on the crew and/or doing the work himself to make sure things are bring done properly. “Bodei Contracting completely remodeled our eighteen year-old kitchen and laundry room as promised over the first few months of this calendar year. Guiding us through the design process, Mike Bodei was candidly attentive to our every question and concern. No detail was neglected in addressing original 1997 design flaws and often throughout the remodeling, Mike repaired and/or addressed pre-existing construction issues. Consistently prompt and considerate, Mike set a most professional tone for every contractor who entered our home, and every night swept/vacuumed, and even shoveled before heading home to his family. Every sales and/or service professional praised our selecting Mike as our contractor and confirmed that he is that rare combination of skilled contractor and prudent businessman. As with any remodeling project, things do not always go as planned, but on those perhaps two occasions, Mike immediately regrouped and redirected his efforts.
